I am colorblind, so i have to approach color very carefully. but i think i pulled this one off. Plus i captured some peril, some adventure, and some story. there's something going on with this lizard man- than just some crony, he's a character. He may not be the main character or even necessarily a "good guy" in the plainest of terms, but he can certainly be a protagonist.
I also feel like this could be a magic card image or something.

I would never have guessed you're color-blind!
I think my favorite thing about this image is the look in Lizard Man Lava Dragon's eye--the way he's throwing his head back and still glaring forward, tension in every line of his body, as if the sudden lava burst has surprised him but he will beat it with his club if it doesn't cool down right now.
So is this image FOR or AGAINST lizard-men?
